- All-In-One Home Workout System: The Ally Peaks doorway pull up bar set includes the pull up bar, hex key, door anchor, 2 resistance bands (30 lb and 25 lb), and 2 handles, giving you a complete at-home upper body and back training solution right out of the box.
- 360° Full Door Frame Protection & Anti-Slip Stability:We have pioneered the design by adding silicone pads to all contact surfaces between the door frame and pull up bar, protecting both doorframe and walls. At the same time, we widened the contact area of the top hook and incorporated an anti-slip texture into the silicone protective layer. This allows the door frame to evenly distribute the force while enhancing friction for improved stability.
- Original Quick-Adjust Wide Grip Design:The easily adjustable wide grip width of the pullup bar doorway allows wide, neutral, and narrow pull-ups to match different arm spans and training levels, helping target back, shoulders, arms, and core more effectively.
- Upgraded Ergonomic Structure for Smooth Motion: This pull up station features redesigned elevated handles which prevent interference with your body during pull-ups, providing more clearance, better range of motion, and a more comfortable workout experience.
- Heavy-Duty Construction Hold Up To 500 LBS & Comfort Grip Handles: The strength training bars are built from durable alloy steel，double-layer 4mm iron plates and 12.9-grade high-strength bolts，can hold up to 500lbs，with non-slip, super-elastic foam handles for long-lasting strength, secure grip, and comfort.
- Upgraded Adjustable Width and Thickness Design: This hanging bar for exercise perfectly matches virtually any door frame for easy DIY installation at home, even doors in the corner.Precisely fits door frames with an opening width of 21.7-36.3 inches, a thickness of 4.7-8.7 inches, and a trim height of less than 3.9 inches.
