FAQ
What comes in the bundle?
One Xtra dual-sided carpet rake (with 3-section screw-together handle extending to 54 in) and one Max hand-held pet hair scraper, plus instructions — packed in a box.
What's the Xtra for and what's the Max for?
The Xtra handles large-area sweeping — carpets, rugs, and long runs of stairs — where you stand and work at full height. The Max is your close-up tool for sofas, corners, and anywhere the Xtra's handle is too long to maneuver.
Which side of the Xtra do I use?
Metal-and-rubber edge: deep carpet pile and rugs — pulls out embedded hair that vacuums leave behind. All-rubber edge: delicate or knitted fabrics. Always test on a hidden spot first.
Can I use these directly on my pet?
No — both tools are designed for home fabrics and car interiors, not for use directly on pets.
How do I clean them?
Rinse both tools under running water, let dry, and reuse. No replacement parts or refills needed.
